The legal process is over. You signed your divorce papers weeks, months, or several years ago. But that doesn't mean you feel finished with your divorce experience, or know what comes next.

Your girlfriends love you. Your family means well. But they don't know what you are experiencing. Not really. This is a small circle of women who do.

Five women, in the same place in the process, in the same room, week after week  where you don't have to explain, translate, or perform "fine." Where you can finally come home to yourself, seen and witnessed by women who have actually lived this.

This group creates a structured, intimate space to navigate the particular territory of  your post-divorce life: identity, grief, anger, the practical realities of being on your own, the body and what it has carried, desire, and ultimately the question of what you wants to build now.

Together we'll move from:

Who am I now? to What do I want now? to What am I building?

This group is for women:

whose divorces are complete regardless of whether you signed your divorce papers
last week or five years ago, and you recognize some of these thoughts!
  • I still feel unhinged — like a boat without a rudder, technically afloat, with no idea what direction I'm actually moving in.

  • I've started to feel like an imposter in my own life — showing up, functioning, telling everyone I'm "doing great" — while some truer part of me has no idea who she is anymore, or what she wants.

  • I carry a weight I can't quite name — worry about what this divorce has done, or is doing, to my kids. Doesn't matter if they're toddlers, school-aged, teenagers, in college, or grown and out of the house — I still lie awake thinking about how it's landed on them, and what they'll carry forward.

  • I don't even know who to put down as my emergency contact anymore. And underneath that is a bigger question — am I going to be alone now? Do I even want to date again, figure out who I am to someone new, when I'm still figuring out who I am to myself?

  • I've become the woman watching YouTube tutorials at midnight trying to figure out how to fix a leaky faucet, or why the vacuum stopped working. When I get it right, when I learn something new, I feel a flash of real pride. But most days it's just one more thing on the list, and I'm overwhelmed by the sheer daily weight of being the only expert in the house now.

  • Grief and relief show up in the same hour, and I have no idea what to do with either one.

  • The money, the holidays, the things he used to handle are suddenly all mine to figure out — and it's more than logistics, it's identity.

  • Underneath all of it, there's a question I keep circling back to: what do I actually want now?
